THE FIRM
A practice built on precision,
not on volume.
ITA International Tax & Advisor is a founder-led cross-border advisory and implementation practice for private clients, founders, businesses and international families navigating complex matters across the United States, Italy and selected international jurisdictions.
We do not serve volumes. We accept a limited number of mandates each year and structure each engagement with the analytical standard expected from a private advisory practice. The matter is led strategically through ITA, with appropriately qualified professionals coordinated according to scope, jurisdiction, licensing and expertise.

Starting a cross-border matter with ITA.
What types of matters does ITA review?
Selected U.S.–Italy and international matters involving residence, ownership, business structuring, reporting, succession, real estate and coordinated implementation.
Does every enquiry begin with a free consultation?
No. New matters begin with a written review. When appropriate, ITA proposes a paid Strategic Assessment before implementation is scoped.
What is included in a Strategic Assessment?
The tailored scope may include issue identification, risk prioritization, jurisdiction mapping, recommended sequencing and an implementation framework.
Does ITA coordinate professionals in different jurisdictions?
Yes, when required. Legal, tax, accounting and other regulated services remain with the appropriately qualified professional responsible for that work.
How quickly will ITA respond?
ITA responds after reviewing fit, urgency and the professional scope required. Submission does not create an advisory relationship.
